Return and Refund Policy

All sales final

All sales at The Creative Conglomerate are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind. This applies to individual crystals, minerals, handmade items, mystery boxes, and other products.

Mystery items and natural variations

Mystery products contain a surprise selection. Contents vary as described in the product listing, and a preference for different items is not a reason for a return or refund. Natural crystals and minerals may vary in color, shape, texture, and inclusions. This does not excuse an item that is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at Thecreativeconglomerate2022@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. Please retain the packaging while we review the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, as applicable. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide any necessary return instructions.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law requires a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy, those requirements take precedence over our all-sales-final policy.
