Orders are processed within 5–7 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Domestic shipping rates
Our current domestic shipping rates are based on the qualifying order amount:
- $0–$49.99: $10 shipping
- $50–$124.99: $20 shipping
- $125–$199.99: $30 shipping
- $200 or more: free shipping
Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Carrier transit times vary and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an address error, or your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact us at michaelab932@gmail.com with your order number and details. For damaged items, please include photographs of the item and packaging and retain the packaging while we review the issue.
